Jeremy Lasley (the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand what information we gather, how we use it, what we do to protect it, and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.  Unless otherwise indicated below, this Privacy Policy applies to any website that references this Privacy Policy, any Company website, as well as any data the Company may collect across partnered and unaffiliated sites.  

For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s service which can be accessed via our website at jeremylasley.com or through our mobile application, “Site.” The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of Service.

TRACKING USER BEHAVIOR  

We may keep track of the User visited websites and pages within the Site, in order to determine what services are the most popular. This date is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the Site to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in particular subject areas.

This website is hosted by the music web platform, Bandzoogle. Your information, including Personal Information, may be stored through Bandzoogle’s servers. Bandzoogle uses the following methods for securing your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure:

Bandzoogle provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide the Service to you. CHILDREN UNDER THIRTEEN

E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS  

From time to time, we may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, tour updates, confirmations, or general communication.  

If you subscribe to our mailing list, through our Site, a verification link will be sent via email that will require confirmation to activate the membership.
